What is Self Authority and How to Gain True Leadership

Unfortunately, most of us are conditioned to be compliant followers, always looking for someone to tell us what to do. This article will explore the conditioning of compliant followers and how to develop self-authority to become a true leader.

From a young age, we are conditioned to be compliant followers. In school, we are taught to follow instructions, conform to the rules, and avoid challenging the status quo. This conditioning continues in our adult life, where we are expected to follow the rules, conform to societal norms, and avoid rocking the boat. We are taught to be risk-averse, to play it safe, and to avoid making waves. This conditioning creates a culture of compliancy, where people are afraid to take risks, think for themselves, or challenge the status quo.
